Garden Services Terms

All landscaping and garden design services are provided subject to site inspection and feasibility assessment. Project timelines are estimates based on weather conditions, permit approvals, and material availability.

Plant Guarantees

We provide a 90-day guarantee on all plants installed by our professional team, subject to proper care and maintenance guidelines. Guarantee covers plant replacement but not labor costs for plants that fail due to customer neglect.

Payment Terms

Design consultations require 50% deposit upon agreement signing. Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Limitation of Liability

Thrive Garden Center's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for underground utilities, irrigation systems, or structures not disclosed during initial site assessment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas.
